What's the deal with people having to have numbers in the names of things? 43 Folder, 37 Signals, 83 Degrees, 30 Boxes...
I fully expect the next big Web 2.0 app to have something to do with 21 Jump Street.
Why not 28-30-31 boxes? Does it mean that other months don't matter?
Also, I have to say I'm not a fan of 83 Degrees' site; not only does it manage to abuse a tag cloud, it does so without having a real tag cloud...
How long will it take Apple is taking action? The design, icons and everything is stolen from theire iCal application.
They probably used the US date format because, as far as I know, its a US company. Hopefully they're working on a configurable date format for the final product.
As for the teeth, we don't think brits have big teeth, we think they have bad teeth :)
This looks pretty good if you want lots of connectivity. I like the integration with rss and iCal. Planzo is a little more straight forward but not progressing from beta very quickly. It is still quirky when you want to share with someone else.

Don't forget about Hawaii Five-0 .. :-)
"Why'd you redirect through your blog?"
He did the same thing over at Digg.com. He's got clickable ads on his page, so i assume he's using this to generate traffic/clicks.
In that case he needs to be banned. Someone contact the newsvine admins.
"In that case he needs to be banned. Someone contact the newsvine admins."
I hardly think he needs to be banned as much as simply warned that such posts are not appropriate. Further more, if you feel he does need to be banned why don't you contact the newsvine admins yourself rather then calling on others to do it?
I'm lazy.
If he is going to post something it needs to be posted here, not a short description of the site and a link to his blog for the large version.
Sorry... not really Paul's fault. We need to post a policy about seeding your own stuff.
As for the ads, I don't make any money off of those, so that is clearly not my motive. I just want to break the story first. Traffic isn't a motive either as I already get 15k uniques/week.
